Payment is processed by Wix Payments (our payment processor). Cutekiddo never sees or stores your full credit card number. Wix Payments handles all card data in a PCI-DSS compliant environment. We receive only:

• The last four digits of your card number
• The card type (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
• The expiry date
• Confirmation of payment success or failure

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we and Wix automatically collect limited technical data:

• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent
• Approximate location (city/region level, derived from IP address)
• Referring website
• Date and time of visit

This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not buy or receive personal information about you from data brokers.
• We do not collect biometric data, health information, or government ID numbers.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children.

4.1 Separate Consent for Marketing

We ask for your consent clearly and separately for each purpose:

• Reservation / Order: Required to fulfill your request. No separate marketing consent is collected at this stage.
• Email list / Marketing: A separate, unticked checkbox at checkout or on our subscription form. You must actively opt in.

Marketing consent is never bundled into a reservation, order, or account creation.

4.2 Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time, free of charge:

• Click the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email
• Email privacy@cutekiddo.ca
• Adjust preferences in your account dashboard

Withdrawing consent does not affect:

• Orders or services you've already requested
• Our legal obligation to keep certain records (e.g., tax records for 6 years)

We will process your withdrawal within 10 business days (per CASL requirements).

How we record your choice: your cookie choice is stored on your own device, together with the date and time you made it, so that we can honour it and demonstrate that we asked. Wix stores and processes data in:

• Israel (primary data controller: Wix.com Ltd.)
• United States (Wix.com, Inc.)
• European Union (Ireland, for EU users)

According to Wix's published privacy documentation, Wix implements safeguards for international transfers, which may include EU Standard Contractual Clauses, participation in applicable data transfer frameworks, and reliance on adequacy decisions. The safeguards currently in place are described in Wix's own Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, which we review before and during our use of the platform.

7.2 Our Commitment

Before using any service provider that stores data outside Canada, we:

• Assess the privacy laws of that jurisdiction
• Ensure the provider has appropriate contractual protections in place
• Verify compliance with PIPEDA and Québec's Law 25 requirements for cross-border transfers.
